Before I start this post I want to inform everyone that I will be away for a week, I will take my short little holiday and go up to Inhassoro, Mozambique. Email me if it is urgent and I will get back to you. I hope that maybe I will get a nice tan (well actually I am just hoping to get my normal white natural look-like-a-person tan back… because I look like a ghost). My phone will be off so please dont call or txt. Thank you.
The Date: Friday, 30 October 2009. The Place: Oakfield Farm. The Dress:…will update as soon as I get the info
I walked into the room and there she was, staring back at me like she knew me, it was love-at-first-sight!!! At Henry & Ester’s wedding I met THE DRESS, yes, this dress is absolutely gorgeous(i actually wanted to try it on then and there) “I love you dress, will you marry me?”.
This post have some extra photos of the dress, just to show everyone how beautiful it is…If you are a bride and you haven’t chosen your dress yet here are Some tips for Brides: Now as most brides will find out, the dress you normally want is not always right for your body. When looking for a dress/design and you can’t find the perfect one, it is always best to actually try on similar ones before you go to your dress maker, just to make sure you will like the fit and look, and try on ones that you dont like, trust me, dresses may not always look good on the hanger but once you fit it you might find you like it more than the dress you initially had in mind.

This wedding was so stunning, the weather (we were so lucky, just as we arrived at the reception it started pouring down so hard, phew! we were just in time) – the venue (I love Oakfield Farm, it is beautiful) – the kids (I had to add some of the kids in the post, they were crawling everywhere and it was hard for me not to take pictures) and of course the bride and groom (and Esters dress. WOW!)
In September I took Henry & Ester’s e-session.
Ok, so after I met the dress it was time to shoot some people ;) Ester was so nervous, afraid she wasn’t going to be on time, afraid Henry wasn’t going to be on time, or fully dressed, and afraid she didn’t look beautiful enough(well, I surely dont have to convince her anymore, as everyone will see, very soon, how gorgeous she looked). When I went to Henry to take his before photos, he was so relaxed I was almost convinced he took something for the nerves. At the ceremony, as Ester walked down the isle and took Henry’s hand she was calm, happy and in love, it was like his touch re-assured her that everything will be alright, that he loved her with everything he had and that he was the happiest man standing there beside her, and with a single glance she assured him that she too was at the right place, at the right time and that luckily he was wearing his whole attire ;) It makes me so happy to see LOVE almost every weekend.
I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me. I love you for the part of me that you bring out. ~ Elizabeth Barrett Browning
P.S. The Ridiculously Awesome Booth to follow soon(ok ok, maybe only in a weeks time), sorry everyone
