Oh this was soooooo much fun! Danie Viljoen , assistant Photographer for the day enjoyed it too (maybe a little too much) I took a couple of photos of him when he wasn’t looking(find below). Finally! After a really frustrated day of wanting to blog, my internet is finally up. I’ve had a busy two weeks, where people got a chance to renew their vows, where love almost met at a end but luckily got through a horrible experience and where I got to see LOVE every time I did a shoot – that is what I love about photography, capturing moments between people that shows their love. There will be awesome posts coming this week.
Lohan & Wil-Mari, or as I liked to call them, LoMari, had a stunning weekend wedding at Ya Mati near Hoedspruit. I can only say WOW! This wedding was so gorgeous and the day after we got to have a some fun with the bride & groom and the entourage at the waterfall trail, Blyderivierpoort reservation. You will see one thing in these photos, and thats LOVE! Through out the whole day Lohan & Wil-Mari gazed at each other, you could easily see why they got married. We also had a Ridiculously Awesome Booth which is coming up next, we had so much fun (and yes I mean we), the booth is probably one of my favorite things in the world – you really get to meet people and see how fun they are – it’s up close and personal, there are even a couple of me and my assistant photographer, Danie Viljoen on (sorry Danie – these have to come out). Danie has assisted me in a couple of weddings before, we had so much fun. Looking forward to working with you again. You’ll see some of his work in my post too.

I met Anso and Ricky in January through my best friend Sharon & Brend. I immediately knew why they were all friends, these guys are super cool and fun to be around. After Brend & Sharon’s wedding in February, I stayed over at Anso & Ricky’s house in the Strand, it was late afternoon and we were about to start a braai, the light was beautiful – I wont say anything about the wind :( but I asked everyone if they wanted to take some photos on the beach and surrounding area – just because :) Here are some shots I took.
