Giulio and Rene are from the lowveld, we did their shoot at the Botanical Gardens in Nelspruit. These two were so shy when we started but when as we got to the end of the shoot they really started having fun, they are both so down to earth :) Giulio & Rene are getting married in in April at Umbhaba Lodge in Hazyview. I’ve taken a couple of weddings in Hazyview and really just love it, they have stunning venues in that area.

Corli’s mother, Ria, joined in for the shoot, it was all girls and yes we had so much fun. Kaitlyne decided that she also wants to be a photographer :) She was extremely skilled, everytime she took a photo (with the film camera) she showed me the end result on the back of the camera – it was so sweet. Kaitlyne was also very co-operative, so much so that whenever I asked her to do something she did it, no questions asked. I remember that from our fist shoot too, the one on the chair – she just woke up and stared at me and I asked her to smile – such an angel.

I’ve known Corli since high school and even photographed her family before. Corli started her Elements of Style business this year. We are all visual in the fact that we want to see how stylish someone is before we decide if we would like them to teach us what to wear and how to wear it, well no trouble there.
